There is an ongoing monthly charge of $10 + GST to cover software licenses and software upgrades which occur quite regularly.
No matter where you are in New Zealand - Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or anywhere else in the country - you can hire a mobile Eftpos machine for your gala day, trade show, market day, pop-up shop . . . wherever it makes sense to close the sale and get paid on the spot. Because these days people just don't carry cash.
We can offer you a fully electronic mobile eftpos terminal at the cheapest short-term rental rates in New Zealand. Just go to the others' websites and compare. How do we do it so much cheaper than the others? We have a low overhead cost structure and we are not planning to retire to the south of France on the profits, appealing though that might be.
All our terminals are modern units fully up to today's specifications.
Prices include GST and courier delivery to and from your place.
What's also important is that we understand how mission-critical these devices are for your event. You simply have to get them and have them operate normally. We get that. (Some companies, apparently, not so much). We will go to inordinate lengths to ensure that that happens, and we will back it up with 24/7 technical assistance.

What happens to my money? When do I get paid?
If you are using one of our terminal numbers the money is paid into a an account at Westpac Bank. On the Monday after the event you will get a settlement statement from us detailing the funds received
When the terminal has been returned to us we will then pay the money from the previous week into your account. Those payments will be made on Tuesday afternoons.
If the hire is for more than a week, progressive payments will be made each week on a Tuesday afternoon. A final payment at the end of the hire will be made once the terminal has been returned.
How do I make a booking?

No. The machine will arrive completely set up ready to run. It comes with complete, easy to follow instructions.

You only pay for the number of days the machine is actually booked and used. Thus if you receive the machine on a Thursday but only book and use it on Saturday and Sunday it is only a two day hire. Days counted must be continuous days.
Important note: If your event runs past midnight that does not count as an extra day until 8am the following day.
Rates Include GST and freight. No booking fee.
Bookings made within 48 hours of the start date incur a $15 late booking fee to cover the time involved in dealing with rush orders. Same day bookings incur a charge of $30.
There is a $15 charge if you wish to add custom headers.
Please note: Because of recent increases by CourierPost Rural Delivery addresses will incur an additional $15 freight charge.
