What happens to my money? When do I get paid?
If you are using one of our terminal numbers the money is paid into a trust account at Westpac Bank. On the Monday after the event you will get a settlement statement from us detailing the funds received
When the terminal has been returned to us we will then pay the money into your account. Those payments will be made on Tuesday afternoon.
If the hire is for more than a week, progressive payments will be made each week on a Tuesday afternoon. A final payment at the end of the hire will be made once the terminal has been returned.
How do I make a booking?
Click on the yellow buttons that say “Click here to book a machine”, You will then be transferred to a booking form where you can input the information we need.
You will then receive a confirmation email which sets out the details of the hire. That email and the booking form information constitute the hire agreement between us.
Important: It is a Booking Form, not an enquiry form. If you send it through to us we are entitled to assume you wish to book a machine. If you merely want a quote, just email us with the details.
Do I need a merchant number?
No. You don’t need a merchant number. You can use one of our terminal IDs at no extra cost on short term hires. On longer term contracts – three months plus – there is a $40 per month charge if you use one of our terminal numbers. This is to cover the additional costs imposed by Paymark.
If you already have a merchant number but are using it on an existing terminal you will need to get an extra terminal ID from your bank. (If we use your existing number, the machine it is presently on will cease to work and it may not be possible to reconnect it to that machine).
How will I get the machine and how will I return it?
It will arrive by courier and come with a return courier bag. All you have to do is call CourierPost and they will collect it, or you can drop it at the local PostShop.
We try to get it there a couple of days ahead of time so that if there is a courier delay there is still time to sort the problem.
Do I need to do anything to set it up?
There is no set-up required. It has its own built-in SIM card and communicates through the cell-phone network.
