Point of Sale System

This simple Excel-based POS system will enable you to track sales by product type. It is also useful if there are multiple sellers using the same eftpos machine – it will be able to easily give a sales total for each seller.

You run it on your own laptop,

The data is yours and you can access it any time in the future on any device.

If you have cost prices for the items it will allow you to get a gross profit total at the end of the day.

You will also get a series of reports analyzing the day’s sales.

The system is not, however, integrated with the eftpos terminal so you will still have to manually enter the amount on the terminal.

You only pay for the number of days the machine is actually booked and used. Thus if you receive the machine on a Thursday but only book and use it on Saturday and Sunday it is only a two day hire. Days counted must be continuous days.

Important note: If your event runs past midnight that does not count as an extra day until 8am the following day.

Rates Include GST and freight. No booking fee.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the start date incur a $15 late booking fee to cover the time involved in dealing with rush orders.

There is a $15 charge if you wish to add custom headers.

Please note: Because of recent increases by CourierPost Rural Delivery addresses will incur an additional $10 freight charge.

Contactless Authorisation

We now have machines on which Contactless Authorisation ("Paywave") is enabled.

This is becoming more important, especially because many customers now want to pay with their phone or watch.

A commission of 1.2% is charged on all payments made on that terminal. Any credit card payments incur a commission of 3%.
